Patient-Centered Care Rooted in Whole Health Principles

At Thrive Health DPC, we prioritize a personalized approach that puts you at the center of your care. Founded by Monique McGaffeny, MSN, FNP-BC, DipACLM, our practice blends the transparency and accessibility of Direct Primary Care with proven lifestyle medicine strategies tailored for the Seattle-Tacoma community.

Our mission is to empower individuals and families through prevention, accountability, and strong provider relationships. We focus on the pillars of health—nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, connection, and risk reduction—to support lasting wellness beyond traditional medical visits.

By offering unlimited visits, same-day and next-day appointments, telehealth options, and advanced tools like InBody scans and IV hydration, we create a care experience that adapts to your needs. Thrive Health DPC is dedicated to helping you build a foundation for lifelong health.

Monique McGaffeny, MSN, FNP-BC, DipACLM

Hi, I’m Monique McGaffeny, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Thrive Health DPC. I created this practice with one mission: to provide personalized, accessible, and preventive care that empowers you to live your healthiest life.

Alongside primary care, I integrate Lifestyle Medicine into every plan, focusing on nutrition, movement, stress management, and sustainable habits that support long-term wellness. My goal is to not only treat illness, but to help prevent it and guide patients toward lasting health.

Outside of caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, traveling, hiking the beautiful Pacific Northwest trails, staying active through fitness, and always exploring new things to learn and experience.
